During my stay at Atlas, I encountered an issue with the air conditioner in my room. the hotel staff promptly sent a worker to fix it. Not only did he address the problem efficiently, but he also ensured the temperature was comfortable throughout my stay. the WiFi, although initially down, was quickly restored the following day. Despite these minor setbacks, I found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained. Another highlight was the convenient location, just a short walk from the city center and the airport.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, surrounded by all the tourist sites. The neighborhood was beautiful and it felt very safe to walk around. The staff here were amazing, from check-in to check-out they were friendly and helpful at all times. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the 24-hour room service was definitely a plus. The facilities were top-notch, with amenities like heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast and reliable. We also loved the entertainment options, like the flat-screen TV and the am/fm alarm clock. The dining options were great too, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The buffet breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it every morning. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

The pool area was really nice, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The gardens were well-maintained and added a touch of tranquility to the surroundings. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to attractions and amenities nearby. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The rooms were not up to standard. They were not properly cleaned, and there was a strong odor of smoke and alcohol.

The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was only a 5-minute taxi ride away from the bustling Old Madina square. I was quite pleased with the hotel facilities, such as the room service, which not only offered reasonably priced options but also provided excellent service.

Breakfast was satisfactory and there were a few facilities available, like a large pool and gardens.

Amazing breakfast, tidy and clean bedroom, comfortable bed. Found my forgotten power bank and returned it promptly. Great location in a nice area, good value.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, in a lovely neighborhood. Not only did we have easy access to all the tourist sites, but we also felt safe and secure during our entire stay. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, from the moment we checked in until the time we checked out. They were always available to assist us with any needs or questions we had.

Families will definitely love staying at this hotel.

I had a relaxing stay at a well-located hotel near local markets and the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and good service. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including flaky croissants and tasty fruit jams. I also enjoyed the proximity to Madina mall and the convenience of having another restaurant nearby.

There seemed to be a language barrier with some staff members, as they struggled to understand English.
